Here is one I have altered (actually did it for my dt project over at the crafty pad)

I have embossed the whole spoon with gold embossing powder.

I found this idea on a website (linked from the &quot;One pretty thing&quot; site that Dee suggested a while ago).

I was wondering whether anyone else fancied a major project for Christmas. I'm planning to attempt it and thought I'd mention it early enough as I think it will take some time to do (and unfortunately I have an exam in November so have to swap the crafty time for revision!).

			<title>Challenge 1 - altered domino</title>

			<description>Well ladies here is challenge 1 for our brand new forum. 



I have altered a domino by covering it with some backing paper, a small printout of a quirky cat. I then covered the whole domino with Anita's 3D gloss - added some rhinestones. To finish I used some complimentry ribbon and a contrasting bling gem stone. The domino has a hole drilled in the top section where the ribbon is threaded through. 

This is it hanging from my handbag.

			<description>I thought perhaps that I would upload another challenge for everyone - I realise that not everyone has or wants to alter dominoes.  



So this challenge is to alter something glass - a jar, drinking, glass, perfume bottle etc,etc.



Here are a few examples of:-



A drinking glass made into vase - I painted this with acrylic paint and sprayed with adhesive and rolled in fine glitter.
