pc trouble

I have been on promise - but sometimes I haven't been logged in, sometimes I have been cut off...Grrrrr and sometimes it is sooooo slow in loading that I log out.
My pc has gremlins me thinks - it is actually the graphics card having a wee conflict with something else in my pc.
I have scanned, cleaned, disk cleaned up, defragged etc. downloaded new drivers too and boy I am not getting the sort of service I demand from my pc...lol

Will try another couple of things sometime - but it all take so long and I do get a tad frustrated..lol

Yip sure is - I am sure if I take my pc to a doctor then he would beable to fix it within minutes - whilst I am here and there spending absolutely ages on it..lol..but sometimes I love a challenge..lol

Well after more trying I am a bit mre stable but not right...lol so think it will be visiting the pc doc tomorrow or Tuesday.

Hope you get it sorted soon, it's so frustrating when they're not working properly as we have become so reliant on them!

I am taking it to the shop tomorrow to see if he can sort it out for me...fingers crossed.

Oooh it is still in the shop - have to ring tomorrow to see what he has been able to do - wasn't a virus though

I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing Debbie. Hope they can fix it what ever the problem is Debs.

Got my pc back and 'tis running beautifully now....yayyy.
No virus - but he done something with the video driver and took off a programm that was using a lot of the CPU up.
Oh and a nice wee man too.

we've just had to buy another battery for our laptop, third one now, the thing over heats else! so hopefully ours will be running better soon too

All PCs better now then!

Deanne are you raising it up slightly to let the air circulate around the vents? I use a tray for mine with door wedges for the laptop to sit on..lol, works well for me..

It isn't an Acer by any chance Deanne? I just had an email saying that 5 models are being recalled due to overheating!
