Banks are a pain in the ...........

We are changing banks we have had nothing but stress and hassle . Fisrt our money that usually get paid intothe bank was not there. It had been paid but not arrived in the account. December was fun as a result.
Then they lose a payment that we needed it was our benefits money it was in cyber space. I go to the ATM so I could get some money for grocery shopping and NOTHING was there. Off I go to the bank and they could not find the payment. I re checked it had been sent and yes it had but it was nowhere to be found. I was really irate and eventually they found it. Oh sorry it was in a holding account. Not much help when you need the money to pay bills etc. Two bills had been refused due to lack of funds as a result, I got them to fix that as well as it was not my fault.
I have had nothing but hassle with this bank and really really fed up with them. New name or not they are still a usless bunch. So we are changing to another bank in the new year
I was not expecting to spend part of New Years Eve sorting this sort of thing out.
Rant over I had to vent to someone.

bless Paula we have trouble with a certain bank too, nightmare, so we changed!!!!

Wow sounds horrendous Paula - hope you get it all changed over soon.

Wednesday we get it all sorted out. I have changed the direct debits over to the new bank Wednesday DH gets added to the account.
Thursday I go to the dentist for a root canal I am dreading it.
The rest of the month will be good as we get the bathroom done

What a nightmare for you! I hope that this month is better and everything is sorted out.

I hate root canal treatment, mind you my old dentist wouldn't do it when told to, he said it never works so took the tooth out, I hated him afterwards as he said the tooth was perfect! Now I have gaps, had another out since that I did have a root canal on by Danish dentist and yes it all went wrong!
