We're Moving

Yay well its being a tad up and down here since our house has being on the market (just before christmas) but a young couple came last week 3 yes three times to view our home. They love it and finally after three price negotiations with them we accepted their offer
Now the whole reason we put our home on the market was because the house over the road went up for sale! But the garden is twice the size, and it has a garage and lots of other potential Sadly that sold two weeks ago, can you belive it but on Friday the buyer pulled out! Leaving us to step in and they accepted our offer, so fingers crossed everything goes smoothly!
and relax... lol

Oh wow Deanne I had forgotten what a rollercoaster buying and selling a house could be and it sounds like you've been through it. Let's hope it all goes smoothly and you're soon in your new home. The children will love the bigger garden.
