Challenge 15

This week it is Anne’s (Chocolate Fudge Cake) turn to set the challenge and it is:


A recipe challenge:



Anne would like to see you use on your projects:

1 ribbon
2 shades of pink
3 eyelets

Please remember you can now make a card, ATC, scrapbook page or altered art project for the challenge, you are no longer limited to just a card.


You have until 8pm on Sunday 8th November to enter for this challenge to be in with a chance to win the prize. The winner will be picked by the design team member that set the challenge and that person will announce the winner on the Monday after the challenge ends.

Actually it is the same one Fe, with and without flash but I sent both in case you could work on one better than the other! Hee hee. The second photo shown is more true on the colour of the pearlescent card.

Lovely cards everyone else, especially Anne! Oh and Gez, I actually like that Tilda, not seen her before, but she has a mouth and facial definition, lovely card.

Oh no! Not more pink! I haven't even started on the pink ATCs yet. Gorgeous cards everyone...I will put my thinking cap on for this one. I think I will find it hard!

I was in such a rush to put them on I thought they were two different cards just using dark pink and light pink card, one on pearlescent and one on normal. Tee hee!

I've been asked to do a birthday card for a pink fan so I'll just have to tweak that to make it fit this challenge too! Good timing!

I usually draw a mouth on my Tilda's as I don't like them without a smile

I've just put my card on my blog and on the DT blog too. Sorry I'm late (Family round, they've just gone)I took the pictures yesterday and my camera is rubbish! Tried again today and well...I have a 'blue' one and a 'pink' one! If I can get a better picture I'll swap it later! The inside was too blurred so I didn't bother with that. Ummm...I
ll let someone loadit up here...I know it never works when I do it!

OK, here is my attempt. I don't do pink so this card used up several free papers that have been kicking around for years and a stamp that I was given by a friend. I hope you like it!

Lovely cards Anne and Caro. I was attempting a second one but I have put the wrong bits on first, and not sure where to go with it now!

For someone who doesn't like pink that's a fab card Caro! I love the idea of the ribbon through the eyelets!

Anne - I'd expect nothing less than pink perfection from you!!

These are pictures of a tin I have altered for work....I needed to make some alphabets for the children to use and wanted somewhere to keep them....so decided to use this challenge as well, two birds, one stone hee hee

Have put some better pics on now.....

Wow, that is a stunning tin. Love all the different elements. Are the coloured in swirled images on the second and third photos a stamp you have coloured?

Those are fantastic EM, love the buttons on them. Do they have to pass health and safety inspections for school?

Thankyou ladies..Caro, the sides are basic grey rub ons and then I have used a paintbrush to add stickles. Cazzy, the children won't be using the tin, its somewhere for me to keep the alphabet pieces I have made, but tbh the children (3/4 yr old) play with buttons etc anyway so it isn't a problem.

I just wondered, with all the red tape these days you never know! Good for you, just hope the children don't decide they want them!
