I have altered a slimfast tin and thought you may like to see what I did.
I painted the tin with Gesso first then allowed it to dry. I used some stamping ink to colour the tin, a pink and a blue just to give it a hint of colour. Then I painted on the tree and used some sharpie pens as well. The grass was last and I aded some flowers in the grass just to give it some depth.
The tin lid can be used on the base or as a lid. The tin can be used for storage it looks nicer than a slimfast tin on the shelf.
Altered Slimfast tin 1ffq6g It looks a bit dark in the picture it is brighter in reality. I used acrylic paint and did it free hand.

Thanks. I had to look up Copic pens as I did not know what they were so don't have any. I desperately need more pens to colour things in with especially fine pens to colour in stamped images.
I am not making many cards at the moment as I am running out of paper as well Rolling Eyes so I am being selective in what I make for a while. I will have to save up and get some paper and pens.
