just a quick update

Do you remember my old next door neighbours? The old lady's funeral was a week past on friday.

Well today after tea-time 'pops' was quite ill, he was all hot and clamy and couldn't move well and his eyes went strange. The paramedic came checked him over and called for ambulance - he is now in hospital - poor soul. I should hear something more tomorrow night when I get in from work.

It never rains but it pours eh!!

just thought I would let you know.

Thanks Debbie for keeping us up to date.... I do hope its nothing serious and he quickly recouperates.

Oh poor thing, but sometimes the one left behind goes soon afterwards, nothing to live for. Lets hope he pulls through.

I am sorry to hear that the old boy is not well, as you say it never rains but it pours. Sadly this happens a lot as the one left will often go down hill especially when they been together so long. Lets hope he will come through this.

I have just heard from his SIL and he has a bad chest infection - so they are going to sort him out and perhaps send him to a community hospital to build up his strength and see just what exactly he is able to do. :0

Oh good they will also see what they can do to help him out as well. That is such good news.

Aw Debbie its been one thing after another. Glad to hear they found out what is wrong with him. Must have a been a worry for you. I should imagine the company will do him good. Thats one of the things my dad finds hardest to deal with after my mum died suddenly last year. Having no one to talk to at the end of the day.

Hopefully it won't be too long before he's back on his feet & home again. Fingers crossed.
