I bought a couple of bargains today. In the town where I work we have a small independent stationers and it's like an aladins cave for anyone who loves anything stationery related.
He has recently started buying craft items, not sure whether they are end of lines or other shops closing down or what, but it's very sporadic and he only gets a few of each item, but they are all brand new and he sells at ridiculous prices. I have previously bought TH distress inks and acrylic paint dabbers at 99p each!!
Today I found a set of Autumn Leaves Stampology clear stamps 'Wild Trees' for £2.99. My first set of swirls was in this range and it cost £10.99, K&Co adhesive ribbons for 99p and a gorgeous wooden backed stamp of a Victorian lady from Personal Impressions for £2.99.
I try not to go in too often but needed white card and he is the cheapest place I know.
