Texas Is Lovely

Wow what agreat time I had in Texas it is lovely there. Think of Lincolnshire and you have Texas well the central part anyway is flat. Temp was around 75 - 80 degrees F.
We went to a ranch that bred Longhorns and shot guns, I am a good shot and surprised everyone including myself LOL
We saw a cattle drive in Forth Worth and went to a Rodeo as well.
Saw lots of the countryside and met some lovely people. We enjoyed live music in the French Quarter and really enjoyed the whole experience.
We went to a BBQ that was out of this world and bought some of the rub and sauce to use at home.
