looks really great, I didn't know you could do such things on Photoshop. That answers my question to Cazzy as to why she would want such a program.

I don't think rules count anyway....that's if there are any. It's doing what pleases YOU that counts.

That is gorgeous...well done you! I have done a little digital scrapbooking but get on better with cutting up bits of paper! The only rules in scrapbooking as far as I can see is to show off your photos in a way that tells the story for you, whether that is lots of words or just one word, a simple page with very little embellishment, or a complex page with lots going on, it is all a matter of style and taste and everyone has their own unique style. There are no rights or wrongs, just what you like.

do you think in every page there should be a journal or there should be some text included to tell
some extra story about the particular photo?

I think it depends on your own personal style. I always like to put a title, and use either very small journalling or a hidden tag to remind of the reason behind the photo, sometimes i add some journalling to the back of the layout if i cant think of how to add it to the front Smile

That's gorgeous Ashley. As regards journaling, I like to add a little bit about the photo and I nealy always give my layouts a title. If I need to add alot of journaling I will usually do it as hidden journaling especially if it is of a more personnal nature!

Gorgeous work again Ashley, I am sure your friend must love that. As far as journalling goes, it very much depends on the photo, the story behind the photo and your personal feelings. For the page above the title 'Mother knows best' is probably enough, but for others more journalling may be needed. I always have a title and usually a little bit of journalling and the date.

Gorgeous layouts, I am amazed that you can do that on a computer. Posting on the forum is a major breakthrough for me LOL
Sometimes the photo says it all and nothing else is needed. The only rule I have is enjoy what you're doing.
