Life is full of ups and downs this week I have managed to put my back out and boy is it painful. Not as bad today thankfully but still painful.
How did I do it?
Ready for a laugh? beacause you will.
I put my socks on and my back went, told you, you would laugh or smile at least.
How can doing something so simple cause so much pain? Oh well time will heal it about a week should see it ok again.
Until then I will have to patient with things.
Have a good weekend everyone. Put back out Icon_biggrin

Glad to hear your back is a little better...don't you find that happens with husbands tho they always seem to get the same thing as you about 2 weeks later and of course it's much worse for them hehe xx

Yup I agree his is always worse than mine, only thing is hubby has had problems with his back from being 16 after a motor bike accident. Now with arthritis in his back this happens a lot more than it used to.
Problem is I have arthritis in my lower back and pelvic area so I too get problems. We tend to take it in turns LOL Put back out Icon_lol only this time it has clashed. It makes things interesting thank goodness we can do the shopping online at least that means no lugging heavy bags.
Next problem is ironing not the doing of it but putting the ironing board up LOL. Put back out Icon_scratch I got the washing done and hung it on driers indoors as I cannot get it outside to dry. I hate wasting good drying days. Put back out Icon_sunny
Life is full of interesting little ups and downs.
Hubby does not know it but I have got a bar of chocolate that we will share later on watching TV that will cheer us up Put back out Icon_smile
