Smilies - some are not animated and maybe should be

Deanne most of the smilies here are animated and some that I have seen animated in other places are not. e.g. the little clapping smilie actually claps on other forums where I have seen it, I wonder if the settings on some of them are right? You may not be able to do anything about this!

I suspect this one should "explode"

ooh i'll look into it cazzy, i have seen somewhere about smilies but overlooked it, so i'll have a peek and see what i can do

I had a peek and its all they offer, I'll see if I can download some different ones
