Home
First post your photo in your chosen place, flickr, your blog or photobucket or something similar. 
Then reply to a post on here in one tab and on another tab or window have your photo showing in one of the above places.
Right click on your photo then select "Copy Image Location" it is important to select this one and not any other option as they won't work.
Back to the post on here and press the button that looks like a drawing of a photo, has a little tree in a green square, at least I think that is what it is! It is button number 16 from the left above this box.
That will bring up a little box with a space in which you click and paste the link you just copied, you can do this by right clicking the mouse and selecting "paste".
Click on the O.K. button in the box and your photo should appear in the post.
