As some of you will know I have been scrapbooking my son's development since before he was born (yes, pages of developing bumps and baby scans!), but I decided that it was time I had a new scrapbooking challenge. Last year I scrapbooked my Gran's family tree with photos dating from 1890s to Gran's wedding in 1945. I am hoping to continue with Gran's life and my Mother's childhood, but Gran is currently moving house and living out of boxes since an accident put her in hospital in May (long story), so that isn't going to be possible until she is able to move into her new home. I therefore decided that perhaps scrapbooking my childhood would be in order so I have spent the last week scanning photos of me aged a few days up to my 6th Birthday. For my birthday I am being given some scrapbooking kits and an album specifically designed to scrapbook these photos and I am so excited...can't wait to try something new and a bit girly to make up for all the masculine pages I have been doing recently. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to add to this project or papers/embellishments etc that may help then please feel free to advise. Thanks.
